i use to argue that the french werent arrogant and blah blah blah.now though after having so many bad experiences with them,in life and on the net,i finally have to break down and agree that the french are very arrogant and hostile even.everywhere i go they are spewing insults.

perhaps… except there are huge structural impediments in the way of water shortages, environmental destruction in the interior, poverty, human rights, a middle class a mere fraction the size of that in West, and government management… for these reasons china’s comeuppance is usually overstated. also, the USA and Europe will not likely allow devaluation of the remnibi forever
