  1. I can recommend two.
    The first is Maisonblanche.
    http://www.maison-blanche.fr
This is a roof top restaurant with spectaclar views and 5 star food.

The second is Gerard Depardou’s place (?spelling) the actor’s restaurant.
    Its called la fontaine gaillon.
    Place Gaillon 75002 Paris
    Tel 01 47 42 63 22
    01 42 65 87 04
    FAX 01 47 42 82 84
    Ouvert du lundi au vendredi
When I am in Paris this is where we go for fine french food. Book ahead. Great food and wine.
Remembering the Gerard is a real foodie and is quite often found in the reataurant going from table to table with a glass of wine in hand.
    ..mmmmm….. enjoy.
(ps I really cant impress on you enough the quality of these two)

  2. I have heard good things about La Maison Blanche and I wanted to review it for my Paris Web site http://www.myparistrips.com
but reservations were a problem. Very high-end restaurant in more ways than one (the rooftop view makes it extra special).
Gerard Depardieu’s restaurant also sounds like a good idea. My Web site has reviews of several other restaurants from casual to ultra chic to sort of fit a variety of budgets and tastes.
Have fun in "Paname" (nickname of Paris)
