Stay in a hotel or furnished apartment in Paris?
{ Posted on Aug 30 2010 by OhParis }
I’m staying in Paris for 5 nights.. I’m looking for a clean and reasonable 3 star hotel in a good area but I cant find any. Should i look for a furnished apartment instead? How much would a furnished apartment cost me per night?

You can rent apartments for less than 5 nights without a problem – don’t use Expedia, though. An apartment will run you around 130 Euros a nite depending on when and where it is.
And there are literally HUNDREDS of clean, reasonably priced 3* plus hotels in Paris!!

Apartments usually rent for longer than 5 nights. Check with Expedia. They have over 400 three star hotels in Paris. Bon chance!! ; )
Are all the three star hotels dirty or too expensive? Perhaps the star ratings are different from one country to another? I would be most upset if a 3 star hotel here in Paris was dirty!
Try this one – delightful hotel right in the heart of Paris, up a quiet side street, near lots of excellent restaurants..

Prices seem about right for a three star in the heart of the capital city.
Enjoy yourself!
I personally prefer to rent a furnished apartment when I go to Paris because I found out that the cost is the same then an hotel but in an apartment you can even save money by cooking your own breakfast. Also when you are in an apartment you have the feeling of living life like a real parisian, which makes you plunge even more into the city and its atmospheres.
I use always the same company which gave me perfect service so far. They are very nice and can assist you in finding the perfect apartment for you. Here is the link to their sitehttp://www.paris-apartment-rent.com/index.html
If you don’t know which apartment to choose, send them an email with all your wishes.
