“TALKING POINTS – France: Green Lights for Tourism If you have already tried to hail a cab on the streets of Paris, you may have experienced the strange feeling: why didn’t he stop? In order to help clarify our vision, taxis will now have a red light on if they are taken and a green light if they are available.
