My family and I will spend about 20 days in Europe in December. We are obligated to go to Belgium and will spend a several days there. We want to spend the rest of our time in two other countries–with mild winters–within a 3 to 4 hour train ride from Belgium. We are thinking about Paris France. How are the winters there? Any suggestions on another country?
