What’s the cheapest hotel in Paris to stay a week?

Can anyone recommend a cheap but clean hotel in Paris, near the Eiffel Tower. Something like a UK travelodge would be ideal. Room only, about 80 Euros tops for two sharing.

Which is the best hotel in Paris near all the tourist attractions < Eiffel tower specially >. Walking distance, clean and 3 star, around 100 to 150$.

PS if I take a tour on Segway to Eiffel Tower, should I go in the Day time or Night time ?

I would like to know how efficient they are with booking events such as a trip to the Eiffel Tower itself or the Moulin Rouge for example. I’m not sure whether to book in advance now or book with the hotel when I get there.

Any help would be appreciated, especially if you have stayed at this hotel or any other similar hotel in Paris.
