Hello and welcome to another New York Habitat furnished apartment video tour. Our tour today takes us to a studio apartment (www.nyhabitat.com located in the 17th district of Paris. Let’s go check it out! Located on a calm street, this apartment is found on the ground floor. As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in the living area. This furnished living area is equipped with a double size bed. Just off the living area is the bathroom. This tiled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. Next is the kitchen area. This area is equipped with a small kitchenette with all amenities needed for preparing meals, including a microwave and a coffee maker. You’ll also find a small couch and a dining table with chairs in this room. Now that we have seen the apartment, let’s head out and explore the surrounding neighborhood! Les Batignolles is a bustling neighborhood with many shops and boutiques. Sprinkled throughout the neighborhood you will also find a number of small parks giving you the perfect place to relax, read a book or even have a picnic! A beautiful church and a must see in the neighborhood is the église Saint-Joseph des Epinettes. Constructed between 1909 and 1910 by architect Louis Thomas, this church today still contains its original pipe organ. Also within walking distance and located in the 18th district of Paris, is the Montmarte Cemetery.
